Traffic on the southbound lanes of Iowa Highway 141 was temporarily stopped while emergency responders managed the incident. Man Dies After Saturday Shooting in Granger A 29-year-old man is dead after a drive-by shooting in Granger on Saturday. Granger Police say officers responded to the 300 block of Bailey Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday for a report of a gunshot victim. When they arrived they found the man had been shot several times. Authorities tried to save him when medics arrived but he died at the scene of the shooting. An investigation by the Granger Police Department has found the man was shot from an unknown vehicle last seen driving Eastbound on Bailey Avenue. No suspects have been arrested. The victims name has not been released and police aren t saying if the shooting was gang related. A press release says the investigation is ongoing and being handled by the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office.
