Grand View University invites students, alumni and friends to view the work of GV graduate Janae (Teclaw ’11) Gray during an exhibition on campus. Gray, the creator of Black Lives of DSM, will be present to meet guests, talk about the photography movement and answer questions on Thursday, February 25 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The storytelling exhibition titled “A Showcase of Black Voices” features photos, poems, and essays to amplify voices and experiences of Black individuals in Central Iowa. The event is free to attend and open to the public though social distancing will be monitored throughout the event.
