In 2023 Donor Alliance awarded its 2023 DMV Appreciation Award to Heather Moncy, an employee at the Grand Junction Driver License Office. Every year Donor Alliance recognizes a Colorado driver license team member from each region of the state for their dedication of spreading awareness of organ and tissue donation.
