APPLETON - Appointments on Thursday are open for the Fox Cities COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic and community clinics held by the Grand Chute Fire Department this week.
Registration opened Sunday morning for slots on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled at the clinic, located at 355 W. Lawrence St., at foxcitiescovidvaccine.com or by calling 920-399-2550.
You must have an appointment to get a vaccine at the clinic. Walk-ins are not available.
The Grand Chute Fire Department will hold a community vaccine clinic at Badger Elementary School on Wednesday night. The vaccine clinic will be open 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the school, 501 S. Bluemond Dr.

GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) â No one was hurt when a building in Grand Chute partially collapsed, resulting in a gas leak.
The Grand Chute Fire Department says it was dispatched shortly before 11:30 a.m. Thursday for a report of a partial building collapse in the 2100 block of Wisconsin Avenue. Crews were told that the gas meter in the structure was damaged in the collapse and was leaking.
Crews first on scene found that a portion of the building adjacent to an addition under construction had collapsed. The damaged gas meter was also found covered by debris and blowing gas, and adjacent businesses were evacuated.
