Red flag warning has been issued as high winds and warm temperatures cause increased fire danger putting the bay area on high alert. Track between macarthur and fruitvale in oakland, so no service between those 2 bart stations and this a problem is causing major delays now to 30 minutes. At last check board says that they are single tracking through the area of lake merritt so theyre using one side of the track because theyre having some power issues and theyre working on trouble shooting this area.
