Chicago corn futures edged lower on Thursday, as traders locked in profits after a recent rally over concerns about dry weather conditions in key areas of the U.S. Midwest.
Chicago wheat futures dipped during Asian trading on Friday and were on track for a weekly decline as damage to crops in China from heavy rain is seen unlikely to dampen global supply.
The Hungarian Grain and Feed Association said on Friday it opposed the government's ban on grain and oilseed imports from neighbouring Ukraine, adding that the restrictions will hit feed makers and industrial users in Hungary.
