1/2 t salt
DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan, heat and stir condensed milk and butter until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and egg yolk with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate mixture in by hand. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until just combined. Pour batter into a parchment lined 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. It will come out clean when the brownies are done. Cool completely then lift from pan using edges of parchment paper. Cut into squares.
