Palmerston North tree nursery building destroyed in large blaze

Fire investigator Graeme McIntyre said the blaze appeared to have been caused by an electrical fault. But, due to the high number of appliances at the fire s point of origin, it was difficult to determine which had sparked the flames. He said the fire had destroyed many mini tractors used at the nursery. Nothing inside the building was salvageable.
