MIT held its first Latinx Graduation celebration with 140 students receiving stoles in front of nearly 200 people including, family, friends, students, faculty, and staff.
Only three of four positions for the Graduate Students Association council will be filled during the upcoming academic year. Each of the three candidates ran unopposed for their seat – president, vice president of external affairs and vice president of academic affairs – and there were no candidates for the position of vice president of internal affairs.
