Dr. George Dugan Wolf, age 97, Emeritus Pennsylvania State University Dean and Professor of American Studies and American Civilization, lifelong educator, Pennsylvania historian, Pennsylvania political analyst, author, Corporal in the United States Army, (E Company, 387th Infantry, 97th Division), World War II Army veteran, and seniors tennis player passed on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Bethany Village in Lower Allen Township with his beloved daughters Susan and Linnie by his side.
He was the widower of the former Margaret “Peg” Inez McNeil, who died in 2004. They were married 56 years. Born June 4 in Corry, Pennsylvania, he is the son of the late Norah Elizabeth Dugan and Sol Woodbridge Wolf, formerly of Williamsport, PA. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Ayelien Richards of Dublin, PA; Salle Peters of West Chester, PA; and Richard Wolfe of Cherry Hill, NJ.

The National Association of Animal Breeders announces Caleb Rykaczewski has been selected to receive the 2021 NAAB Doak Graduate Fellowship Award.
Caleb is the third recipient of the NAAB Doak Graduate Fellowship and impressed the selection committee with his enthusiasm for male bovine reproductive physiology. Caleb will earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from The Ohio State University in May, 2021. His personal ambition is to research novel on-animal sensor technology to study behaviours in bull calves and breeding bulls to improve reproductive performance. Caleb will continue his MS program at Ohio State.

WACO, TX (Dec. 15, 2020) Baylor University senior Sophia Fulton has won a
Charles B. Rangel Graduate Fellowship, a highly competitive national award for students who want to become United States Foreign Service officers, with special emphasis on trying to diversify the Foreign Service.
Fulton, who is from Oronoco, Minnesota, is the second Baylor student to receive the prestigious award, funded by the U.S. Department of State. She is a Baylor Business Fellow with majors in economics, finance and Arabic and Middle East studies.
The Rangel Fellowship funds two years of graduate study, two internships one in Congress, one at an embassy or consulate abroad and a variety of mentoring and professional development opportunities that prepare Rangel Fellows to join the Foreign Service upon graduation.
