Prime Minister Scott Morrison has abandoned the government's COVID-19 vaccine rollout target saying he hopes all Australians will get their first shot by the end of the year but that it can't be guaranteed. Australia's Chief Medical Officer Paul Kelly says phases 1a and 1b of the vaccine rollout will be finished by the middle of the year but many have criticised the slower-than-promised pace of the rollout.
