Republican Governor Brian Kemp just banned local governments from mandating that masks be worn in public as cases are rising in that state with more than 3,400 new cases reported just today. Just last week, the mayor of atlanta, keisha lance bottoms, tested positive for coronavirus and she issued a directive requiring masks in her city.
