6:04 a.m.: Male at shelter who may be dealing with mental health issues was transported by ambulance.
8:27 a.m.: Complaint about an upstairs neighbor yelling for the last hour and caller wants to scratch her eyes out.
11:49 a.m.: Hotel staff requests well being check on a guest who has checked out and is unwelcome at local shelter.
1:37 p.m.: House sitter believes there is someone the house on State Street and has locked herself in a bedroom. Noise came from packages being delivered.
2:11 p.m.: Lafayette Road company cell phone received threatening text messages referencing prostitution and gang activity.
8:09 a.m.: Langdon Street caller said one of his employees was going mental and fighting with another coworker about workman s compensation. Both employees left the scene and no report was taken.
8:56 a.m.: Brewery Lane caller accidentally dialed 911 from inside an elevator but the call was abandoned and the emergency was cleared.
12:03 p.m.: Report taken for criminal mischief after Lafayette Road caller reported someone damaged his vehicle.
12:11 p.m.: Borthwick Avenue caller said she witnessed a hit-and-run accident in a parking lot and that the subject driving a red pickup truck who hit the car moved to the other side of the parking lot. Police took caller s information and license plate numbers for both vehicles involved in the reported incident.
Man shot, killed while driving in north Harris County, deputies say

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas The Harris County Sheriff s Office is investigating after a man was shot and killed on Christmas Eve while he was driving in the Spring area.
Deputies said Federico Cisneros was driving near Gosling Road and SH 99 when he was shot. He pulled into a nearby Exxon gas station located on Root Road and called 911.
Cisneros was taken to Hermann Hospital by Life Flight but was pronounced dead when he arrived at the hospital.
