Now, there are reports of a large explosion at an oil depot as people queued up to fill up their cars to leave. Its believed some 200 people were injured as a result. Hello. At least 20 people have been killed in an explosion at a fuel depot in the disputed territory of Nagorno Karabakh. Thats according to armenian separatist authorities, who say 290 people were also admitted to hospitals. They say dozens are still in critical condition.
