Graduating high school students in Norfolk County planning to continue their post-secondary school education in fine arts or design are encouraged to apply for the Dr. Gordon C. Watts Memorial Scholarship.
Offered each year by the Rotary Club of Simcoe, the $1,000 scholarship helps support aspiring student artists.
The scholarship established in 2012 is in memory of the long-time Rotarian known for his work in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program and for his passion for painting water colour landscapes.
