State BJP president Manmohan Samal met Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahy, who has been dismissed from BJD, at the latter’s residence in Bhubaneswar. The meeting has fueled speculation that Panigrahy may join the BJP. BJD had removed Panigrahy citing ‘anti-people’ activities and the government had started an inquiry of corruption against him.
