Job description:
Goodmylk Co is seeking a well qualified individual for the position of Sales Lead. In this role, you will work with our VP of Sales, wholesaler partners, and B2B partners to achieve volume and distribution goals, promote the Goodmylk brand, and ensure product quality and prominence in the assigned territory. You will develop expert-level knowledge of Goodmylk Co’s products and brand and represent us at on-premise and off-premise accounts.
Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
Coordinate the management of all accounts
Ability to regularly make direct sales calls (identification of targets, identifying customer requirements, qualification process, quoting, and follow-up)
Consistently establish new product distribution channels to increase product sales
Strong ability to manage budgets and company financials
Develop, implement, and execute sales, marketing, and pricing strategies
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Team Management
Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out sales goals
Provide strategic insight and empower sales representatives
Implement and execute sales policies and best practices
Help build a constructive and positive work environment
