Amber finds answer to leasing dilemma in western Sydney Share Amber Tiles has committed to a 12,000-square-metre-plus purpose-built office and warehouse at Goodman Group’s Oakdale South Industrial Estate in western Sydney. The tiles, paver and stone specialist, which has 29 stores on the country’s east coast, said the move was motivated by continued business growth and it would relocate to the estate at Kemps Creek later this year. Goodman has secured Amber Tiles as the newest tenant for its Oakdale South industrial estate in Sydney’s west.  “The decision to move our warehouse facility to Oakdale South will deliver increased capacity to accommodate future stores growth and planned expansion of our sales network,” said Amber CEO Shirley Liew.
