A new restaurant specializing in brunch and booze plans to open this spring on Rainbow Boulevard near Russell Road in Spring Valley. Good Morning Kitchen & Cocktail Bar brings breakfast staples with a twist along with customizable bloody Marys from chef Jhon Castro and the Umbrella Consulting Team. “A lot of breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas seem so rushed and frazzled,” says Dan Simmons of Umbrella Consulting Team in a press statement. “We wanted to create an environment where people walk in and immediately feel relaxed.
