Tracking the strong winds, the peak wind gust with the offshore went 50 to 60 miles an hour earlier this morning, mount st. Helena, mount diablo gusting wind gusts of 63 miles an hour. Mount hood 39 and 38 milean hour wind gusts at the oakland hills.
