On April 19, the Don t Calle Me singer made a surprise announcement that he will begin his mandatory military service on May 31. Taemin is the last SHINee member to enlist. Prior to his military enlistment, he has prepared new music for the fans.

Taemin of K-pop boy band SHINee has proven his popularity as a soloist, garnering nearly 90,000 viewers for his last online concert before the beginning of his mandatory military service.
According to Taemin s management company SM Entertainment Monday, Beyond Live ― Taemin : N.G.D.A drew viewers from 119 countries such as the United States and Saudi Arabia, Sunday. N.G.D.A is the initials of Never Gonna Dance Again ― the title of his third full-length album released last year.
At the concert, the 27-year-old rocked the stage with 21 songs with different vibes, including Danger (2014), Goodbye (2016), Move (2017) and Advice, the lead track off his upcoming solo album set to hit shelves May 18.
