Gombe State Police Command on Wednesday paraded a suspected human trafficker who sold a baby for N400,000 along with 15 other suspects for engaging in trafficking. ASP Mahid Abubakar, the spokesperson for the state police command described the case as a criminal conspiracy. He revealed that one Khadija Shehu-Manzo colluded with 15 others including a staff member of Gombe Local Government Area to commit the crime last weekend. He said the suspects were nabbed following an intelligence report from the Barunde community.
