Jammu Admin launches massive drive to implement Covid containment SOPs, guidelines
JAMMU: District Administration Jammu has launched a massive drive for effective implementation of Covid containment SoPs and guidelines across the District.
The latest Guidelines and SOPs issued by the State Disaster Management Committee and District Magistrate are being enforced on the ground through the ADMs, Tehsildars and Naib-Tehsildars and Police department.
The drive was focused particularly in rural areas of Tehsils Bishnah, Arnia, Nagrota, R.S.Pura, Akhnoor, Dansal, Jourian, Jammu West and Niabats Rehal, Miran Sahib, Gole-Gujral, Chak Malal and Digiana alongwith Narwal Sabzi Mandi.

JAMMU, Mar 15: Jammu and Kashmir Bank President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Sunit Kumar today inaugurated the newly established Technology Training Centre (TTC) at Gole Gujral here.
The TTC is meant for imparting training to the bank’s staff to upskill them with the latest technological interventions and innovations in banking industry.
Zonal Head Jammu Central Shareesh Sharma and Vice-President Vibhakar Khajuria also attended the inaugural function along with cluster heads of the zone besides various officers of the bank.
The event also marked the first training programme regarding the upgraded software, the bank is in the process of switching over to, in near future.

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested two persons in connection with the Republic Day violence case. One among them is a prominent farmer leader from Jammu. He has been identified as Mohinder Singh Khalsa. SIngh is the chairman of Jammu and Kashmir United Kisan Front. He is a resident of Chatha area of Jammu city. The second person has been identified as Mandeep Singh (23), a resident of Gole Gujral, Jammu.

Send The Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested two more accused in the Red Fort violence case from Jammu.
Jammu:
The two accused have been identified as Mohinder Singh and Mandeep Singh and were arrested in a joint operation with the Jammu and Kashmir Police, police said on Tuesday.

Mohinder Singh, 45 is a resident of Chatta Mill area in Jammu s Satwari. He is the president of Kashmir United Front organisation and said to be a key conspirator in the riot case.

 As per the information received, both the above accused persons are active participants and key conspirators in the riot case of Red Fort, Additional PRO Delhi Police Anil Mittal said.
