Police believe Rex Heuermann, the suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer, is not connected to the unsolved deaths of four sex workers in Atlantic City back in 2006, according to report.
Weeks after an arrest in a series of murders in New York, people are hopeful the break in that case can lead detectives to the person who killed four women near Atlantic City almost 17 years ago.
Sheriff Errol D. Toulon Jr said the new tips could provide valuable leads in the case against Heuermann, who is charged with murdering three women and is the prime suspect in a fourth.
Suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann and his family have ties to Atlantic City, New Jersey, where four sex workers were murdered in 2006 cold case.
