Months after acquiring and then selling a Golden Valley office and warehouse building, Wild Moose Ventures sold the property again last week, this time for $15.35 million.
Brentwood, California-based Golden Island Holdings LLC purchased the Boone Plaza building, at 1000 Boone Ave. N., in a late April deal that was made public last week in an electronic certificate of real estate value. The seller, Lakeside Holdings LLC, is related to Wild Moose, which bought and sold the property for a profit of $1.536 million during one day in December.
An entity related to Wild Moose, Northwoods Management LLC, first purchased the fully leased property in December for $11.514 million in cash. This worked out to $92.80 per square foot. It bought the property from MSP Boone Plaza LLC, an entity related to Minneapolis-based Big River Real Estate. Big River originally bought the property for $8.5 million in 2018, according to an eCRV.
