Romania s Golden Foods Snacks bonds start trading on Bucharest bourse Elmas nuts

BUCHAREST (Romania), February 23 (SeeNews) - The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) said that the three-year corporate bonds issued by Romanian seeds, nuts and dehydrated fruits producer Golden Foods Snacks started trading on the BVB s multilateral trading system (MTS) on Tuesday.
The issue with a face value of 4 million lei ($997,058/ 820,596 euro) started trading under the ELMAS23 ticker, the Bucharest Stock Exchange said in a press release.
The bonds were issued in October and have a fixed interest rate of 9% p.a., payable quarterly.
Part of the raised funds will be used to increase working capital, as well as for the purchase of a production line for fluffs and for the expansion of the range of products in the company s portfolio.
