The Mardi Gras Carnival at the Old Sacramento Waterfront is taking place Saturday, Feb. 18 and Sunday, Feb. 19. Business owners in Old Sacramento are looking forward to the foot traffic that the event will be bringing, after having to say goodbye to other events like the Gold Rush Times and the Jazz Festival.
