ALOR SETAR - Individu bernama Goh Hock Choy yang menjadi pertikaian melibatkan Projek Open Road International Circuit And Integrated Resorts (ORIC) bukanlah pengarah syarikat mahupun pemegang syer Open Road Asia Sdn. Bhd. (Open Road). Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Permodalan Kedah Berhad (PKB), Abdul Rahman Din berkata, sebaliknya dia merupakan pengasas Open Road yang kini hanya bertindak selaku penasihat bagi aktiviti perniagaan syarikat berkenaan.
