His newly appointed attorney did all the talking. As the 29yearold stood. Facing several charges including murder, attempted murder with a Deadly Weapon and a number of counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle. Mcdonald is accused of shooting just over a week ago. A woman identified as 48yearold Tracey Donahue of North Las Vegas was killed by one of those shots. Donahues husband thomas was also shot. But his injuries were not life threatening. Mcdonald told police he smoked marijuana earlier in the day. But denied smoking pcp.
