Bhubaneswar: The state government has asked degree colleges and universities to form monitoring committee cells at educational institutions to address.
Bharti Airtel: The new campus programmes launched this year are Airtel Business Launchpad, where it will look to hire for sales B2B roles; Nxtra by Airtel where it will hire engineers, and business solution group which will look to tap talent from engineering campuses with techno-functional skills.
Bharti Airtel, a telecom company based in New Delhi, plans to double its campus hiring from tier 1, 2, and 3 colleges this year. The company aims to add over 700 campus hires from more than 100 colleges across India to drive growth in its various lines of business. This move comes at a time when startups and IT companies are hesitant to hire due to funding issues. Airtel is expanding its campus programs to reach new colleges and target specific roles such as sales, engineering, and business solutions.
