if it really were, the most important thing to them, they would have done this already because it s very clear statistically if you eliminate legacy admissions or admissions to students of big donors you are going to get more diversity. so what they are saying is we are willing to sacrifice some things to achieve that diversity and what they are sacrificing is giving a fair shake to particularly asian students who apply, but not willing to sacrifice maybe not giving a bonus bump to students of parents who went here, big donors here. that is pretty hypothetical. so, i hope that universities are going to look at things like eliminating legacy emissions that would provide a more even playing field all the way across the board while achieving the goal of getting diversity. i think not just racial diversity, but diversity across a whole lot of different metrics. sandra: getting an update here as the president is making his way to new york city, shortly landing here and will head to midtow
