big news, can you explain why. reporter: sure. what florida has done is violate the republican national committee s proposed calendar for when states will hold their caucuses and primaries next week. next year, by moving ahead of what was the go p s plan, florida will be docked after of its delegates to the 2012 republican convention. that s a penalty for disagreeing with the calendar, and there are immediate consequences. it sets up a domino effect, wherein, the four traditionally early voting states will have to move into january. in all likelihood now, with florida going on january 31st, the south carolina first and the south primary will move into january, followed by nevada. look for at least at this point the new hampshire first in the nation primary to take place in all likelihood on the 17th of january, with the tkeurs in the nation iowa caucuses taking place on the ninth of january, which is basically a month earlier than had been planned by the republican party. if, howev
