If you want to avoid fighting legendary Pokémon in the Ultra League in Pokémon Go, you want to compete in the Premier Cup. In Pokémon Go’s Battle League competition, the Ultra League features another cup all players can choose to participate in called the Premier Cup. It’s a slightly modified version of the battles. Most of the rules are the same, except players cannot use any legendary or mythical Pokémon. You’re free to use any Pokémon, not in that category, and they can be leveled up through XL candy.

Pokémon Go Battle League is about to begin. With the start of the Season of Legends, the Go Battle League will see the commencement of its seventh season of battling.
Niantic has provided the schedule and the reward structure for Go Battle League Season 7. Here s everything you need to know.

POKEMON GO BATTLE LEAGUE SEASON 7 SCHEDULE
Season 7 of the Go Battle League begins Monday, Match 1 at 4 p.m. EDT with The Great League. The end-of-season rewards for Season 6 will be rewarded at this time, which includes an Elite Fast TM if a trainer reached rank 19 or higher.
GO Battle League Season 7 is about to begin in Pokémon GO, with players able to claim their Season 6 rewards very soon. The season changes on March 1st
