Last night at around 7 00. They say william and his exgirlfriend were driving blocks away from Cleveland Court when they started arguing. William severely beat the woman before driving off with their 3yearold son zion, who was in the backseat. We determined that we needed to have an amber alert because it was also determined and discovered that mr. Williams had made previous threats to seriously injury or kill the child.
