Witnesses told us they can never forget what they saw. The car flew. It crashed into a bunch of people. We just heard the screeching of the cars and then you hear boom, boom, boom. And then screams. A car veered off morris park avenue, jumped a curb and plow under to a crowd of trick or treaters, including three children. Witnesses describe seeing kids in Halloween Costumes with horrific injuries. The little girl in the cat costume, shes hurt, but she was screaming and she was coherent. But the 7yearold.
