Gaston Glock, the reclusive Austrian developer behind the namesake firearm that was popular among police officers and rappers, has died at the age of 94.
Gaston Glock, the reclusive engineer and tycoon who developed one of the world's best-selling handguns, died on Wednesday aged 94, Austrian news agency APA said.
Glock, who spotted Austrian Army s need for a hand gun, never owned pistols, but brought together experts to create what he termed as "the pistol of future".
