Global Special Risks (GSR), an energy risk-focused managing general underwriter and a part of RSG Underwriting Managers, has appointed a new team of directors. Helen Tarr, previously GSR’s senior vice president and operators extra expense (OEE) underwriting manager, is now director of GSR. Connie Garrett, Justin Jenkins and Jeremy Fyhn have been promoted to associate directors.

They each have a remarkable amount of experience and knowledge operating in a complex class of business, and I am excited to have them at the helm of GSR.”
