Minister Muñiz ran the Transatlantic Relations Programme at Harvard University and was a fellow at the Harvard Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He holds a Masters degree in public administration from the Kennedy School of Government and a PhD in international relations from Oxford University. He is a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission.
QBA, Spain s CEOE sign MoU

Qatar Businessmen Association (QBA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Confederation of Employers and Industries of Spain (CEOE), during a meeting held yesterday via videoconferencing. Chairman of QBA Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani and President of CEOE Antonio Garamendi signed the MoU.
The meeting was attended by high-level officials. From the Qatari side, Assistant Undersecretary for Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Saleh bin Majid Al Khulaifi, Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Salem bin Abdullah Al Jaber, and Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Spain
