We might be anxious to get some warmer weather here in Chicago but so far, our overall cool pattern this month has kept things quiet in terms of tornadoes.
The first week of March is almost behind Chicago but wintry weather is right around the corner. Two rounds of snow could be coming next week followed by a blast of unseasonably cold air for the start of next weekend.
After a potpourri of precipitation this week in Chicago we will end the week with some sticking snow. This won't be a big storm by Chicago's winter standards but will have its impacts.
