Fugitive Low Taek Jho and his father Tan Sri Larry Low Hock Peng have been sentenced to prison by the High Court on Monday (Oct 17) for not abiding by the Mareva injunction, or order to freeze their assets, granted to 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) and its subsidiary Global Diversified Investment Company Ltd last April 20.
