When she isn’t working, the Milford, Pa., resident is donating her time to Delaware Township EMS, and going to school to become a paramedic. The mask Meaghan Irwin wears on calls with potentially Covid-positive patients leaves an imprint on her face. The volunteers at Monroe Volunteer Ambulance are the fabric of the community students, engineers, teachers, accountants, security officers, computer programmers who donate time from their own busy lives to save others.
