UDâs 50-plus learning programs collaborate across Delaware for success online
Along with the rest of the University of Delaware in 2020, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) programs â composed of members 50 or older, including more than 70 participants between the ages of 85 and 95 â quickly adapted to online classrooms during the coronavirus pandemic.

Signa M. Souder, 91, of Lewes, died peacefully of complications from Parkinson’s disease Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, at The Moorings at Lewes.
She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Souder and her husband Glenn Rill of New Castle; her son John R. Souder and his longtime companion Victoria Satz of Milton, and her son Eric H. Souder of Annandale, Va. She was predeceased by her husband of nearly 70 years, John W. Souder.
Mrs. Souder was born and raised in Lebanon, Pa. After high school she worked in the business office of the local Sears store. She and John were married in 1948. They moved to Delaware in 1950, first living in Georgetown and then in Midway.
