Seeking to ensure that future generations of youth sports participants never forget the legacy left by longtime City Recreation Department Director Glenn Ratliff, who died earlier this month, the Taylor County Commission is moving to name the Taylor County Sports Complex in his honor. Commissioner Jim Moody asked the board to consider the proposal during the commission’s meeting held Tuesday morning.
