Police said they responded at 10:40 a.m. Saturday to 114 E. 53rd St. and, upon arrival, they found an unconscious man in the alleyway. Police said emergency medical services personnel responded and pronounced him dead, later identifying him as Allentown resident Emilary Milien Jr.
