Almost feels like it is the weekends, because so excited for whats happening. We call it friday eve morning this thursday. And a lot happening this weekend. Lots. Oh, we have the womans march as well in addition to games and things and stuff and like so many things happening. Just in your world, then of core everybody, weve got the kids running around, right . Yes. School, practice. Bob will get us around in just an employment, lots to go through. Talk about the weekend weather looking good. Nor once the weather wont get in your way. Kind of the messed us up yesterday in the morning. But were okay now. As long as youre dressed warmly enough, it is a six out of ten, and it is very cold out there. We have single digit windchills, with bus stop buddy, and his eagles gear, warm coats, scarf and gloves. Got to have it all at the bus stop this morning. People in a tent. And i heard a lot of screaming and i wasnt sure what was going on. Reporter a large limb from a black oak had fallen on a tent at upper pines camp ground. Park rangers rushed to the scene but it was too late. Unfortunately two young people were in the tent, minors under 18. The tree branch fell and struck them. And unfortunately, they died. Reporter the camp ground is packed with tourists from around the world this time of the year. Many making reservations a year in advance. Upper pines is popular with families because of its Majestic View of half dome. These people did nothing wrong. They were in an established campsite. Reporter park officials did not close the camp ground. An Investigation Underway to determine why the tree failed. This is what draws people here this time of the year and especially to that upper pines camp ground. This incredible view of half dome. Busy traffic friday night. Investigators say it could be a case of arson. The chp says the smokiness is not helping the commute. Officials say one vacant building is threatened by the flames. The Sheriffs Office says possible suspects are described as a small group of juveniles wearing white polo shirts. Good evening. Im dan ashley. Im ama daetz. Were following a big story. This one in Yosemite National park. Tragedy after a tree limb fell on two children, killing them. The National Park service is trying to figure out why that branch fell. They were camping near curry village. Laura anthony is had hiv with the latest on the tragedy. Haura . Reporter we dont know the names or ages of the two young people, except that below age 18, part of a larger group, and not siblings, not related. Its devastating. Reporter it happened in an instant, said this man who was awakened by a tremendous sound. I heard a loud crash. It was a tree that crushed two people in a tent. And i heard a lot of screa
