justice and intelligence correspondent ken dilanian. betsy woodruff swann of politico and msnbc contributor. charles coleman, former new york prosecutor. and glen kirschner, former federal prosecutor. charles and glen are msnbc legal analysts. so, ken, the former president is set to be arraigned tomorrow. what is that going to look like? good morning, jose. in one sense we can expect it to look a lot like the arraignment that happened down in miami. a lot of drama around the process, but in the event, actually pretty staid and boring and pro forma and donald trump doesn t say much in the courtroom. but this one may be a little different because it is happening here in washington, d.c. in the federal courthouse, just 1.7 miles from where donald trump used to live in the white house. and it involves conduct for first time in a criminal case it involves conduct at issue while donald trump was the president of the united states. so it is a historic and sweeping and detailed 45-page indic
