OXFORD – An Oxford podiatrist must pay $850,000 in restitution and serve two years inside a federal prison for his role in a scheme to defraud Medicare and TRICARE.
Former Oxford podiatrist Marion Shaun Lund was sentenced to serve two years in prison following his role in a healthcare fraud scheme. Lund, 54, was convicted in late July 2022 for his involvement in the $3.8 million scheme to defraud Medicare and TRICARE by prescribing and dispensing medically unnecessary foot.
