A five-year-old girl died after accidentally falling under the wheels of a ceremonial chariot during the annual festival at the Kottankulangara temple near Kollam. The incident occurred on Sunday night, and the child, the daughter of a local couple, was rushed to the hospital but could not be saved. Police have registered a case in connection with the incident.
