Every business must undergo some form of evolution. Earlier this year, Tops Pizza & Pasta made one of its biggest leaps yet. This is our ultimate dream, right here, said Gina Maness, co-owner of Tops Pizza, from the business new location in Fallston.
Situated at 4813 Fallston Road, right next door to its previous location, the new Tops Pizza & Pasta sports a newly renovated kitchen and an expansive, 80-person dining room.
Gina, alongside her husband Tony Maness, opened Tops Pizza in Lawndale in 1998. The original restaurant was designed for delivery and carryout only.
The restaurant quickly became known for its emphasis on fresh ingredients. All of the dough used in Tops Pizza is made fresh each day, as is its pizza sauce. The restaurant also uses many fresh meats and vegetables for toppings.
