Leading Public Health Doctor to take over as IMO President
IMO AGM to take place on April 17
Dr Ina Kelly, Chair of the Public Health Doctors Committee is to take over this year as the new President of the Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) from next month.
Dr Kelly has become a prominent figure in ongoing negotiations pressing for long awaited specialist status for doctors working in Public Health Medicine in this country.
The IMO has just announced its second ever ‘virtual’ AGM is to go ahead this year on Saturday, April 17.
